Q. What are your products made of?
A. All of our products are available in copper and stainless steel. We also offer hand hammered copper and our translucent series which are available in red, blue, black chrome, green and copper.
Q. What is your lead-time?
A. Our lead time is typically 14 days to ship.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We make to order so everything is manufactured for a specific customer or job. To continue providing you with diverse product options, we must maintain a strict return policy. We do not allow returns on products, regardless of whether they are standard or custom. Please check with your distributor as some do allow returns on stocking items.
Q. What is the plumbing like?
A. All scuppers come with a 1 ½” female threaded inlet that hooks directly to the pvc. Our fire pots do not come with a hole for the gas line unless specially ordered with a pre-cut hole. It is best to use a hole saw on site to cut the hole for . Our po pots come standard with a 1 ½” inlet in the bottom center of the pot.
Q. Do you provide fire rings and ignition systems?
A. Yes, we sell fire rings, manual ignition systems and remote ignition systems.
Q. Will the copper change colors?
A. Yes, the oxidation process of copper is called patina. The copper will turn shades of green, blue and brown starting when the scupper first touches water or is exposed to the elements.
Q. Can I prevent the copper from turning green?
A. We developed our translucent series as a line that will not change color. You can order any of our scuppers in red, green, blue, black chrome and copper. The translucent series will not change colors like natural copper will. Translucent colors cannot withstand salt water environments.
Q. Do all of the scuppers produce a clear flow of water?
A. Some, not all. All scuppers with “smooth flow” in their name will produce a glass like sheet of water. Our design series scuppers have a less uniform flow that looks more natural.
Q. How many gallons per minute do the scuppers need?
A. Smooth Flow scuppers need 15-25 gallons per minute per foot and Design series scuppers need 15-20.

Q. You have products called the Radius scupper and the Smooth Flow Radius scupper. Are those scuppers curved like the name says?
A. No, those scuppers are made to fit on a straight wall. The radius refers to the vertical sides of the scuppers that curve down.
Q. How do you pronounce bobé?
A. Sounds like “B-O-B-A-Y” but is spelled, bobé.

Q. What is the translucent series?
A. The translucent series is an optional way to finish our products in 5 colors: red, blue, green, black chrome and copper. The products are made of stainless steel and powder coated to achieve the vibrant colors. The translucent colors may slightly lighten over time if exposed to extreme heat. Translucent colors are not compatilble with salt water systems.
